Inexpensive dishwasher detergent and rinse aid

Want an inexpensive dishwasher and detergent makeover?  Here's the recipe:

• 3 cups Borax
• 2 cups Baking Soda
• 2 cups Washing Soda
• 6 packets (unsweetened) Koolaid Lemonade drink powder
• 3/4 cups Kosher Salt

This will make about 3lbs of powder and I use 2 tbsp per load. Just break up any clumps that accumulate before using.

Want the best inexpensive rinse aid that also sanitizes?  White Vinegar! Just fill your rinse aid dispenser with it instead of Finish or JetDry and you'll love the results.
