So here it goes, there's 4 ingredients:
- 4 cups of water
- 8 tsp Chicken broth base powder
- 1/4-1/2 cup frozen vegetables
- 2 eggs
Preparation:
- Bring water and broth base to a boil over med-high heat. Add in vegetables, amount depends on how hardy you want this soup to be.
- Reduce heat to medium and lightly boil for 5-7 minutes, or until vegetables are cooked to your liking.
- Beat the two eggs together in another bowl and SLOWLY pour into the soup, stirring gently.
- Remove from heat, SERVE!
